What is collected
If you submit the consultation form, you provide your name, email address, phone number, the general area of your property, and anything you choose to write in the message field. Nothing on this site asks for more than that, and you are never required to submit the form to read it.
Like most websites, the hosting platform (Netlify) keeps standard technical logs — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — used for security and to keep the site running. This site does not use advertising trackers and does not run third-party analytics.
How it is used
Information you submit is used for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, with your consent, to communicate with you about real estate services by call, text, or email. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help at any time.
What is never done with it
Your information is not sold. It is not shared with third parties for their marketing. It is disclosed only to the service providers required to operate this site and its form (such as hosting and form processing), within the brokerage as required to serve you, or where the law requires it.
Retention and your choices
Submitted information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to serve the purpose above. You may opt out of communications at any time, and you may request a copy or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing Brayson@TeamInfinitySA.com or calling or texting (210) 361-6079.
